The facility supports expanded coverage for TB testing, research, and collaboration, strengthening regional healthcare infrastructure.

The design emphasizes biosafety compliance, with clear zoning between clean and contaminated areas, controlled access, and efficient workflow to support high-volume diagnostic operations. MEP systems are carefully integrated to meet laboratory standards, ensuring proper ventilation, pressurization, and contamination control.

Flexibility is embedded in the planning to accommodate evolving diagnostic technologies and future expansion. The facility is designed for durability, operational efficiency, and ease of maintenance, ensuring reliable long-term performance as a critical public health asset.
