A Tuberculosis Culture and Drug Susceptibility Testing (DST) Laboratory for RSUP Dr. Kariadi, Semarang, designed as a BSL-2+ containment facility based on a comprehensive risk assessment approach.

Scope of work includes the development of a 3D walkthrough documentation, illustrating the laboratory design intent, spatial organization, and key biosafety features. The walkthrough serves as a communication tool to convey workflow, zoning, and technical integration to stakeholders.

The laboratory design balances biosafety and operational sustainability, with controlled airflow, compliant MEP systems, and material strategies that support hygiene and long-term maintenance.

This project contributes to strengthening Indonesia’s public health infrastructure by enabling clear visualization of a safe, efficient, and sustainable TB diagnostic facility.
