This project involves BIM modeling services for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for a factory development. Padularas was responsible for developing coordinated BIM models and performing quantity verification in alignment with the Quantity Surveyor (QS).

Our scope covers support from tender documentation through to the construction phase, ensuring consistency between design, model, and site requirements. The process includes interdisciplinary coordination and model validation to maintain accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
