This project involved the development of schematic design layouts to support both tender documentation and construction drawings within a tight timeline. Padularas was responsible for producing efficient and buildable layouts while ensuring readiness for downstream documentation.

The scope included coordination with MEP and structural teams to align design intent across disciplines. In addition, design reviews were carried out to identify potential issues and provide practical recommendations to improve functionality, constructability, and overall project efficiency.
