Deassy is an Architectural and BIM Specialist with over 9 years of experience in architectural design and Building Information Modeling. Her work spans complex public and institutional projects including airports, stadiums, laboratories, hospitals, offices, and academic facilities. With hands-on experience across multinational projects in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, and Vietnam, she brings strong technical coordination skills, particularly in BIM- driven workflows. Deassy is recognized for her ability to bridge design intent and technical execution through clear communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and a balanced approach that integrates precision, functionality, and design quality.
Rika Sjoekri is an Architectural, Retrofit, and Biosafety Specialist with more than 29 years of experience in architecture and over 18 years specializing in biosafety and laboratory design. Her expertise covers high-containment laboratories, healthcare facilities, heritage conservation, and complex retrofit projects across Singapore, Thailand, Bhutan, Cambodia, Nepal, and Indonesia. Rika has served as a member of the Biosafety and Biosecurity Technical Committee (KT 13-09) under BSN and the Biocontainment Engineering Working Group of IFBA, as well as Badan Pelestarian IAl Nasional. She is known for setting rigorous design and safety benchmarks, working closely with governments, institutions, and private sectors to deliver compliant, resilient, and context-sensitive facilities.
