ALSTER LAKE CLINIC GMP LABORATORY

This project involves the development of a clinic facility designed to meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The design approach focuses on ensuring compliance with controlled environment requirements, including clear zoning, clean and dirty flow separation, and material selection aligned with hygiene and maintenance standards.

Padularas contributed to the spatial planning and coordination to support functional efficiency while meeting regulatory expectations. The layout is developed to ensure smooth operational flow, minimize contamination risks, and maintain consistency between design intent and technical requirements.
